1. These terms and conditions apply to the sales of made-to-measure and ready made garments, as well as alterations to ready-made garments, purchased from Reeti Designs by customers.
2. Made-to-measure garments are tailored to the customer's specifications and cannot be resold, so orders for these items cannot be canceled. Reeti Designs will try to accommodate any changes requested by the customer, but cannot guarantee this and may charge additional fees for changes. All items purchased from Reeti Designs are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Please note that hand-embroidered and hand-finished garments may experience some disintegration of embellishments due to the complex nature of the garment, and fabrics such as chiffon and georgette are prone to pulls and rips. 
3. The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) 2013 Regulations 2013 do not apply to made-to-measure items and their alterations since they are custom-made. Orders for alterations to ready-made garments cannot be canceled, and any changes may incur additional fees. If Reeti Designs agrees to cancel an order, it reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee.
4. In case of any dispute regarding whether a finished made-to-measure item or alteration to a ready-made item conforms to the customer's requirements, the description recorded on the Reeti Designs Order or Measurement Slip will be considered final. The accuracy of measurements submitted by the customer is entirely at their own risk.
5. Reeti Designs cannot guarantee the delivery of a finished made-to-measure garment within a specific timeframe, but typically delivers within four weeks of accepting the order. Ownership of any garment does not transfer to the customer until it is paid for in full.
6. For safety reasons, the garment should be kept in a separate cover when not in use and should not come into contact with any other garment, as direct contact with another embroidered outfit may damage it. The garment should be kept away from water and perfumes to avoid discoloration and should only be dry cleaned by a reputable dry cleaner.

• At Reeti Designs, we strive to provide timely and efficient shipping services to all our customers. While we aim to dispatch all orders within 10-15 days, please note that payment authorization may cause possible delays. During sale periods, it may take up to 15 days to dispatch your order. Please keep in mind that estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes at the destination country. Once items have been dispatched, we are unable to redirect orders. Please ensure someone is available to sign for your order upon receipt.

• Free shipping is available for orders with a value exceeding ₹ 15000.

• At Reeti Designs, we insure every purchase during transit until it is delivered to you. A signature is required for all goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods is transferred to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes, please note that evidence of their signature (or at that delivery address) is considered proof of delivery and fulfilment by Reeti Designs, and transfers responsibility in the same way.

Our terms and conditions pertaining to returns and exchange is as follows:

• Products once delivered cannot be returned. Incase of damages from our end, it can only be exchanged for another product of the same SKU.

• Customised styles are non-exchangeable.

• Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining store credit, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed.
